While virtually everyone promises great service, we appreciate that great service is one of those things that is easy to say but hard to do. We at IPS feel we have a “good isn’t good enough” attitude that no one else in the area can match. Emergency and security systems such as Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, Access Control and Security need to operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week and 365 days per year in order to properly protect people and property. So, we at IPS operate 24-7-365 as well. When life safety or property protection is at risk, you should not have to wait days or weeks for service, so our technicians are on call when you need them. And you can count on response times typically on the same day or no later than the next day.

Great service depends on great people, and our technicians are the people that make it all come together for you on your project site. These are the folks who, in the final analysis, make your project work. We are proud of our technicians at IPS. They are highly qualified, competent, and well-trained. Many of them have obtained NICET (National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies) certification up to the highest level (Level IV). They are fully licensed for fire alarm systems in Ohio as well as fire alarm inspectors for Kentucky. Our technicians are factory trained and certified by virtually all of the manufacturers of all of the equipment we represent. They are fully licensed and properly certified to perform electrical work as well as work on low voltage systems. IPS is a drug-free workplace in compliance with standards from the State of Ohio Bureau of Workers Compensation. All of our technicians are full insured and bonded.
