Where does IPS source the technology for their installations from?
The technology partners we work with most often include Edwards (EST), ADRF, LenelS2, Bosch, Software House, Brivo, Avigilon, PDK, Genetec, DMP, Alcatraz, Alvarado, March Networks, Milestone, Salient, Eagle Eye Networks, Hanwha Vision, Axis Communications, Evolv, XtractOne, and Aiphone.
Are your systems proprietary?
No. IPS does not lock customers into proprietary systems. We design and install open-architecture solutions using widely supported manufacturers. While we strive to be your one-stop-shop trusted partner, we want to give you flexibility when it comes to service, parts, or future expansion.
Do you provide cloud-based services?
Yes, IPS provides several cloud-based solutions for both Access Control and Video Surveillance systems, such as Eagle Eye Networks, Brivo, and PDK (ProdataKey).
Does IPS provide design, installation, and ongoing maintenance support?
Yes. IPS provides end-to-end support including system design, professional installation, and ongoing maintenance and service. We support our systems throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial planning and engineering through testing, monitoring, and long-term maintenance.
Can I integrate systems from IPS with my existing infrastructure?
In most cases, yes. IPS is a vendor-agnostic systems integrator, which means we regularly integrate new security and life-safety systems with existing infrastructure such as access control, video, fire alarm, or third-party platforms. Each environment is different, so we evaluate compatibility during the design phase and collaborate with manufacturers when needed to ensure the best outcome.
How does IPS ensure the quality of its solutions?
Quality at IPS starts with our people and our process. We use in-house engineering and design teams, certified and continuously trained technicians, and proven manufacturers to deliver reliable solutions. Every system is installed and tested to meet applicable codes and standards, and supported by ongoing service, inspections, and UL-listed monitoring where applicable.
